We moved from static state scoring to scenario-ready location strategy: compute hubs, charging access, polygon analysis, and reproducible exports.

Recency-weighted scoring

Signals degrade by age. Fast-changing feeds (queues, charging ports, load announcements) now carry freshness weighting and confidence flags.

Compute hub detection

Datacenter projects are grouped into MW hubs so users can target regions where grid upgrades and hyperscale demand are already converging.

03 · Mobility

Major charging overlays

Tesla, Electrify America, EVgo, ChargePoint, and peers are now discoverable as clustered map layers for corridor and co-location analysis.
